Passenger service

We welcome your guests in the entrance area of the general aviation terminal (GAT) and bring them to the aircraft on schedule. In the meantime you have the opportunity to coordinate and supervise the arrangement of your flight.

We transport your guests to and from the aircraft with our limousines or our air-conditioned mini vans. We take care of the luggage and also assist within entry formalities of your passengers and crew staff.

Flight planning

Notams, MET-informations and slot coordination are available for a quick and comprehensive flight planning. If you like, we also assist you and prepare the documents for you.

Cleaning

Besides the coordination and organisation of any offerings of the aircraft handling, we arrange the cleaning of all on board used crockery and the disposal of waste.

Special orders

We take care of crew hotel bookings, transfer services, getting little presents and souvenirs, theatre tickets etc. for you.
